Event Hours & Setup: Setup/tear-down must occur between 10:00 AM–3:30 PM. Vendors must leave their space clean and trash-free.
Responsibility: Vendors provide their own equipment, secure their belongings, and follow all local laws and event rules. All liability for property and conduct is assumed by the vendor.
Indemnity: Vendors agree to indemnify Get Out and About from any claims related to their participation.
Permits: Food/beverage vendors must have proper permits.
Conduct: Unsafe/disruptive behavior may result in removal. A $20 fee applies for spaces left dirty or with unremoved items.
Fee & Payment: The booth fee is $150, due at registration. Space is not guaranteed until payment is received. Only 17 spots are available—early payment is encouraged.
What’s Provided: One 6-ft table and two chairs per vendor—no need to bring your own.
Promotion: The event will be advertised locally and benefit from brewery traffic.
Weather Policy: The event is rain, snow, or shine. If canceled due to a severe snowstorm, vendors may receive up to 75% of their fee. No refunds for vendor cancellations, no-shows, or weather concerns.
Legal Compliance: Vendors must have all required permits/licenses for Buffalo, NY. Organizers are not responsible for checking documentation or non-compliance.
